geeeekShop Software License Agreement

geeeekShop will be referred to as the Software.
The developers, John Hawkins, will be referred to
as the Author. The person(s) or company purchasing
the Software will be referred to as the Buyer.

This license is a binding contract between the
Buyer and the Author. This license becomes active
when the Buyer purchases the Software, and does
not need to be signed.

This license permits one (1) copy of the Software
to be installed on one domain
(e.g. www.domain.com).

This license is non-transferable. The Buyer may
not resell the purchased Software or any of the
included code.

This Software is provided as is. There is no
warranty of any kind. In no event will the Author
be liable to any part for any direct, indirect,
special or consequential damages for any use of
this Software, including, without limitation, any
lost profits, business interruption, loss of
programs or other data on your information
handling system or otherwise, even if the Author
is expressly advised of the possibility of such
damages.

Technical support is available via email at no
charge for thirty (30) days from the date of
purchase. Further technical support will be
available for a fee of $15.00 per incident.
